  • Children of any age are not permitted unless being tested. Please make any applicable daycare arrangements.

  • Do take any medically required medication that was prescribed to you by your doctor.
  • Have a valid, government issued ID ready upon arrival.
  • Leave all weapons at home. No weapons of any kind are permitted and you may be subject to search.
  • If you wear glasses to read, ensure to bring your glasses with you.
  • Arrive 15 minutes to your appointment.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled without refund.
  • A detailed reported will be emailed to you usually within 24 hours of the exam and will contain the questions, answers and results.
