STEP 1
In Step 1, use our online appointment system to schedule and pay for your appointment. You will be able to see our available dates and times online. You will also receive an automated email confirmation confirming your appointment.
STEP 2
After you have scheduled and paid for your appointment in Step 1, complete the online form in Step 2 to tell us about why you are testing, the specific question you have for the exam(s) and even submit evidence. For your safety, this online encrypted form system meets HIPAA compliance standards.
EXAMINATION DAY
On the day of your appointment, arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. Your examiner will have all of your information, answer any additional questions you may have and explain the entire process going forward.
